Ian’s 2nd birthday

Ian turned two on Thursday. It’s hard to believe that my youngest is TWO. We had a great day playing around the house and outside in the morning.

I think Ian’s favorite part of the day was eating his chocolate cake!

Water day at school

Today was water day at school. The kids were excited about getting to wear their swimsuits to school. Peyton made sure he packed his shades. He's such a cool Kat!


After school we played outside in the sprinkler. Ian was just chill'n in the shade.





When we came in, P and F wanted to wear their All Aboard shirts.

Pre-school graduation

I don't even known how I have come to this point of pre-school graduation. It seems like it was just yesterday that I was strolling faith around the block at 11pm to get her to sleep, or watching her take her first steps. I can honestly say that the last five years have been the best five years of my life. Having children changes your world forever. I am so thankful to call Faith my daughter. She is an amazing little girl inside and out. Her heart for others inspires me daily. She is such a blessing to our family. I am looking forward to this summer so we can do lots of fun things before kindergarten.

Last Tues. Faith had her pre-school graduation. She did such a good job. Her class recited the Lord's Prayer and sang "Our God is an Awesome God". She sang her little heart out! She received a diploma and wore a cute little hat. Way to go Faith. I'm proud of you!

Touch a truck

A few weeks ago we went to a junior league fundraiser called touch a truck. It was a great fundraiser. It was organized very well! The weather was perfect and the kids had a blast going from truck to truck checking it out and honking the horns. By the end of the event my ears were ready for a break from all the honking. I felt sorry for the volunteers that had to endure the noise for hours on end.

Daddy's race

Saturday Lee participated in a triathlon in Bryant. He did really great in it. He had his best times ever! I'm going to attribute it to a good cheering team ;) Faith and I cheered him on along with Judy, Sonny, and his childhood friend Ali and her family. It was really sweet for her to come out and show support for Lee considering the race started at 7am! Lee placed 3rd in his age group! Go babe!

Trains and library time

This week it has been quit chilly and rainy. We had to find things to do inside. One day we made a really large train track. The kids had a lot of fun as did momma. It satisfied my "design" urge for a bit. I secretly like putting the track together ;)







On Thursday I took Ian to the library when the other two were at school. I should have been doing this all year. We have I my gone a couple of times. I do my best to take advantage of having just Ian two days a week. We had a lot of fun popping bubbles, shaking bells and playing with rubber ducks.
